We take a fruit forward glass of wine and add the Viognier-based Maidenii Dry Vermouth, making a tasty match, with its lovely crisp botanicals such as river mint, kaffir lime leaf and sea parsley. To add some subtle sweetness, BG Reynold’s has a fiery ginger syrup to add delicious zing.
6 oz glass of white wine
2 oz Maidenii Dry Vermouth
1/2 oz BG Reynold’s Wild Ginger Syrup
1/2 oz lemon juice
Combine all ingredients and let macerate with holiday fruit medley for 15 mins (Limes, Lemons, Cranberries, Mint)
Add ice and top with soda
